Hi everybody, I've been lurking around here and some other sites for a while and I finally have a question that I cannot find an answer to. I have a 90 4runner v6, 5speed manual trans, 4x4. I want to get rid of my chain drive transfer case, but I also don't have the $$ for a MC adapter plate. I'm wondering if a transfer case from a 86-88 turbo (23 spline) will bolt up to my v6 trans(R150F)? Anyone know if this if possible or just wishfull thinking?

Yes, I was hoping that by asking on a different forum, the bolt pattern would magically change. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
Look, I posted here and then thought that the folks at pirate would have more experience swapping different drivetrain components.
Sorry to offend you by posting on different boards, I was just trying to get an answer as I had a lead on a turbo TC and thought that I might be lucky enough to bolt it right on.

Hey, Don't worry about offending by posting on different boards. You'll probably drop Pirate once you see how they all do biz there. Lotsa name calling and attitudes, little help for the doityourselfer. I've met the moderator and what you see in the forum is what you get in real life. Too bad.
