Finaly sold the last of the 88 toyota parts so im now starting to think about my next rig. My tacoma.
Plans aree
ford d60 high pinion front axle.
3-link coilover
hydroassist steering

9/60 combo rear axle or 14 bolt rear
3-link or 4-link
coilovers


35s or 38s depending if i want to street the truck at all.

3.4v6 supercharger
duel tcase

custom metal armor.

Ha... my last rig was a POS. The tacoma is gunna be done pefectly now that I completely know how to weld.

We have a bunch of DDs here running 37" IROKs with no complaints. 35s sound too small for D60s...could be dragging an anchor <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" /> usually see 39 or 40s with the D60. If money became an issue, I'd go with the 14 bolt...it seems like it would be nearly impossible for our little V6 to break one <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Little V6? Not little, just light. As for power im gunna supercharge mine. Still shouldnt break a 14 bolt but yeh...
Yeh ill prolly have a set of 35s and a set of 38s and run one set on road and one on trail. AS for droping anchor, if your hauling ass and you drop anchor you dont nessicarly stop immediatly.

Oh as for a 9//60 cost isnt the hugest issue cause i would make my own axle.
