1990 4Runner, The rear window will not go up. Its not the motor what else should I be looking at? Thanks

Dis you try the key in the back door. Also there is the window lock button next to the up and down button, mine has gotten stuck sveral times. If not one of these pull the switch out and test it,if you have a test light you can find the wires that are for up and down only and jump them. it takes alittle time but is pretty easy.

I had the same problem with the switch. Kept thinking the door was not latched.
