Toyota axle knuckle rotation #760480 10/25/06 02:53 PM

I'm doing an axle rotation on my '84 Toyota axle so that I can get my pinion angle in a better position, and I heard from someone online that there are special u-bolts available to clear the differential housing on the passenger side to reattach the leaf springs to the spring perch. Does anyone know where I can get these u-bolts?

Getting the Wheeling Fever
If your cutting and rotating the knuckles i believe you have to relocate the perches back atop but when you do check out marlins flip kit...www.marlincrawler.com
others:

Theres more out there but these are just a few

Need a Spot
I rotated my front axle 12 deg. and just used a flip kit for the U-Bolts, I also recall 1 near the pumpkin giving me trouble, I just bent it and have never had a problem.

The bearing cups (top and bottom of your knucks)are on the same plane as your spring perches so just relocate the perches to the same plane as your rotated knucks. Make sure you use a good 4" pipe cutter and do not cut too deep.
