Has anyone seen the 4.6L stroker advertised to be a direct fit into a cherokee a company is making a straight six that puts out 240 HP not bad then if you want more ponies you can also get a supercharger to give you up to 140HP boost if anyone has one of these give me some feedback i am curious about them

I have heard that they actually put out 260hp. These are made by Golen Engine Service. I know they make them for the Wrangler; I don't know about the Cherokee.

Before making such a purchase find the rpm range you use your engine at and then look at the curve of the new engine and compare it to the curve of a stock engine. You MAY find the stock engine has more or the same power in YOUR range! MAny guys hop-up their pickups around here only to find that it ran better before spending the money!!!
If you are NOT going to use 6,000 rpm then do NOT build for it.

correct me if i am wrong but aren't the wrangler and the cherokees the same mechanically a cherokee and a wrangler both have the same tranny, transfer case, and motor mounts, so if it is made for the wrangler wouldn't it be for both but who knows
