Need a Spot
I don't know if a set of Sparco's will fit in a Sportage but I would think so. I had a set in my jeep with 4 point harneses and it was comfortable and did a great job holding me in my seat when the jeep was doing something it probably shouldn't have been doing.

I had this Sportage for for a few years now and I travelled all over the U.S. with it (Really stinks over the mountain passes though). The driver side seat is in dire need of replacement, without question! I priced a new Kia seat from the factory and........please have a seat if you are standing ....$630.00!!! I even thought of swapping the passenger side to the driver side---way to much hassle, and it doesn't quite fit right with the adjustments. Try sitting on the passenger side and you will notice the newness/comfort difference. Kia made a very high quality seat for the sportage(but not worth the price they want)<my Honda civic seat wasn't that much>! I also priced universal bucket seats from autozone etc $230.00---but sorry they don't make them for us

Might be worth finding a local custom shop to "rebuild" it.
I know that they do some nice work in teh Mexican border towns. Had my 65 GTO done and it looked like new, factory stuff. It would be alot more ecomomical.

there are cheaper alternatives to sparco's that are just as comfy.

sorry. corbeau makes wicked seats, still a bit pricey, but i think they are better than sparco for less., im trying to remember some of the other ones i have been in.

i have a pair of apc seats, and for 300 bucks for the pair, they actually are not that bad. not as convienient without the quick flip feature of the expensive ones. but in my car, they hold me in pretty tight when driving hard.

Master Craft makes some nice ones too. Don't remember the prices of the top of my head though.
