Hidy. I'm fasteddy from the mitsu board. I have some suggestions not on what to change, but on making an agenda for this discussion. First, let's get a list of topics; items to change, pet peeves, obvious malf's, old tech - pretty much what you've been doing to date. Hold off on fixes until we get the list. Prioritize the list is ph. 2. Only then do we go thru item by item and list suggested fixes. While I'm NOT the world's most organized man (oxymoron intended), getting this much organization in this discussion will expedite reaching the goal. "How to make the Wire better". I'd even vote for further defining the goal, or at least breaking it into parts. What's "better", for starters.

I'll hold off on listing my gripes until we get some feedback on my suggestion. I'm not thin skinned, so fire away...

I think if when searching the default search period was set to
"Older than | 1 | | Day(s) |"

instead of the default being
"Newer than | 1 | | Week(s) |"

I'd be a much happier search-er <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I don't think I've ever had to search for anything newer than a week old.

I totally agree with this suggestion. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
