I thought that I read once someone talking about servicing there TPS on a 3vze. I noticed that my timing did not change when jumped, so am pretty sure that it's not working properly. Although my truck truck runs well, maybe I can make it run even better. Anyways, take it off, clean it up, adjust and that should be it right? Anything I need to watch out for? Thx guys.

Also, that '93 FSM sticky'd at the top in this section will get you in the ball park for your '91 for other stuff. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

I'm starting to think my TPS may be suspect and causing the pinging that I get. I don't notice the timing change when I jumper the test connector either.
