Getting the Wheeling Fever

Just got back from up North where we 4 wheeled into some big snow. The Rubicon did great but would have liked to chain it up. I was told that chains won't fit a TJ. What gives? is that true?

Properly installed I have never seen any vehicle that would not accept chains! Many times the turn radius has been limited by chains in various vehicles but if they are needed put them on anyway. Big Jim <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/pfft.gif" alt="" />

What you are probably finding, is that most places might not carry chains that fit 31" tires in the store. Take a look on the net and find out what brands/ styles of chains are available for your tires.

Chaining up works great in the clay and mud also.
