Can you add a three inch lift (with add a leaf) without buying new shocks for the rear of a double cab TRD? It has bilstiens. With my '02, I had to get longer ones. I'm hoping this isn't the case for this one. I would apreciate any help!!

No, you have to get new shocks if you lift the rear 3". Otherwise you will limit the amount of travel of your shocks.

Come to find out that the double cab I have came with nokico shocks! Which will not work well for a lifted trail rig. I can't really afford all new bilsteins so I am going with either Rancho or Procomp shocks. Any opinions on these brands? which ones are better? I had procomps on my other truck and they seemed to be okay.......

I have procomps in the rear and they work well enough from me. They certianly got rid of the axle hop that i had before with my useless old leaking shocks. I wouldnt say anything bad about them. Dont know much about rancho.
