After toasty mentioning the Nissan SAS kits being compatible with the Montero. It really got me thinking about diving into a SAS. I had a few Qs about it that the search didn't really clear up. I was wondering about axle options? I want to keep with the factory width (the SR axle width) if at all possible (PA has a thing with fining drivers with tires past the fenders, and can't go more than 3 inches with flares) Also, keeping the lug pattern the same would be nice. From my reading, a D30 would be best if avoided. So I would like to get a D44, What vehicles in the JY would be a good donor? Then of course, the options of leaf vs coil and all...
