I have the 15x7 landcruiser alloys on my rig, and the stock lugnuts fit just fine. if by 'fit just fine' you mean it holds the wheel on there then yes. But it isn't the way it's supposed to be and you could lose a wheel while driving. You should at least go ask a tire shop about it for peace of mind.
