I have a large stash of the PH6353 filters. They come in a Fram box but they are made by Mitsubishi. If you want one they are $50 each and that includes shipping. Regular price is around $68 per filter. Let me know if your interested. I feel your pain, not only are these things really hard to find, but they cost a small fortune.These filters were only used a trucks equipped with California emmissions and they are much much a larger than the smaller filters used on the federal emmission vehicles. If I remember right they weigh 7lbs each. It's a big freakin filter. If you can't wait a a day or two for shipping, I have one sitting in Glendale at a buddy's shop I can sell ya, but you'd have to pick it up because he does not deliver.
