I thought about something similar to this that I was going to hook up to variable switch attached to the throtle cable so as you give it more gas it would force more air in. Never went to far with it. it was suppose to be my Senior Project in Engineering but I switch majors and never finished it. my professors like it. maybe you get something to work. The other thing I was working with in this project was smooth air ways to the engine to have less turbid air.
