Clutch feels a little lighter than normal, and it sticks for a split second when you release it. The shifter feels normal. Goes through the H no problem. Master and slave cylinders are still topped off, and I have no leaking. What the heck? When I blew my other one out, it was nothing like this.

Maybe the clutch release fork broke inside? (or slipped off the rod that sits on the slave cylinder) Try laying under the truck (drivers side if its still the same as the gen1) and see if you can feel any freeplay on the release fork. ![[Linked Image]](http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/715/captureclutch.jpg)

How much did your mechanic quote you? I've got some free time in august after I help Larry get his Montero back together.
I can undercut his cost, and show you how it's done.. of course it's not the first time you heard that.

The garage quoted me 900 bucks parts/labor. That other guy that said he'd do it, said he'd do it for 500 parts/labor. But I don't even know how much parts are going to be. And to make matters worse, I'm not sure when I'll have the cash to order the parts. It would be awesome if you guys could all come here...couple of you could work on my '95, couple on the '92. I'd have two great trucks when you left. LOL
