Smiley Rock is another fun trail that starts in Jerome and goes up to the top of Mingus Mountain - about 4 hours (a lot of it is dirt roads) plus 2 1/4 hours each way to get there & back.


I love Jerome too, but 2 1/4? I am in Flagstaff after that much time on the 17.. or are you talking about the drive from Adam's area? Either way, I understand if these are too far for some, but still... I vote north!
