Crap, I might not be able to make it then... I will try, but the Bush highway is like an hour and a half away from me and I might not be able to leave till after 7. How far north are you planning on going? Not till the top of the rim does it really get all that cool, but if I can't get there by 8, I could see if I can catch up further on...

we can make adjustments dude, What's the earliest you can be there. We're going to a trail south of Rye but it climbs way up in elevation on the second loop.

Ryan Y, Adam and I, along with our company, all had a great time doing the Sunflower Mine trails on Saturday. Got to go into some mines and stayed out of the heat at elevations between 4000 and 5500'. We even tested the absolute limit of Ryan's tow strap, which broke.
I forgot my camera, but hopefully Ryan can post up some of his pictures sometime.

I plan to but it's going to be a few days before I'll have the time to post them.
I really enjoyed getting out of the heat and up into the lush green canyons for that trip - it was a perfect day for it!
