Mexico CB Emergency is Channel 12 or 14. I can never remember as we shifted from club CB freq depending on which side of the border due to that issue. But, we haven't used CB for over 10 years as everyone has shifted to ham. However, Channel 2 and 4 are the most common used by clubs.
