Need a Spot
Every time I let the truck sit for a while the squirrels tear up the head liner for nest material. This time I left mothballs under there but they still hit it pretty hard. Has anyone solved this problem short of building a garage? I'm afraid if I remove the liner for longer storage they will punish me by chewing on wires and vacuum lines.

Body Damage is Cool
You might can trying some of the bitter spray that is used for puppies who are teething and you do not want them to teeth furniture. It is safe, does not hurt them, and does not really have much of a smell. might be sometihng to try.

Cayenne pepper powder, mace, pepper spray also work well.

It also makes it unsuitable for bedding material in their nests.
