The easy way on the Gen1 is to drill 2 holes in the side of the headlight area on the radiator core support and bend 2 aluminum "L" brackets to bolt to the 2 holes on the passenger side of the cooler. When you get ready to install it, let me know and I'll post a picture of mine. Brendan and I did the drilling, bending and installing in a few minutes.
