Updated... pics of sealer & finished paint...

Found the seam sealer at a commercial auto paint store in town. It wasn't available from any of the parts store's paint sections (Kragen, O'Reilly, Pep boys, etc.)

It's not exactly what I was expecting. It's more of a paste than a paint as you can see in this pic taken before I used it.

I sealed each of the areas where water might penetrate and not dry up quickly, and where rust could set in.

I then reprimed and repainted all these areas after it had dried. Here's a pic I almost forgot to take prior to completing the paint job. As you can see, you can paint directly onto the seam sealer and it's recommended that you do.

Next I reshot the paint on both sliders making sure I had a decent coat. I used Rustoleum Hammer finish.

Here's a closeup of the results.

I'll probably repaint my front and rear bumpers this color as well, I like it so much. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

Ah, now it's time for a pint of Guiness!!
