I sent an email through the Marlin site early last week. haven't heard back.

I just received the heavy duty clutch set and flywheel from them though, and picked up a speedi-sleeve and new seal from NAPA. going to move forward with the quick repair plan and see how it all works out. will shoot a few photos as I go.

as for the getting them on straight, the sleeve came in a little "kit" which included the sleeve and an installation tool.

I'll post back with my results, but worst case, I can't see it being any worse than it already is.
