The reman calipers I bought from Cardone had the wrong pins. Even the replacements had the wrong pins so it seemed the parts bagger was taking them from the wrong bin. I emailed Cardone and got prompt response and good service with proper pins mailed out. They toute their ISO/TS certifications and I think if you contacted them they may be able to help you as they seemed eager to do the right thing.
