The Gen1's windscreen wiper motor has died.
I think it is Part # MB249196.

Since all the Gen1's in South Africa are imports, parts are virtually impossible to find.

Anyone has one for sale?

Gerhard

A lot of times it's not the wiper motor thats the problem. The pivot points where the wipers attach-They are Bushings and can freeze up causing the motor to fail.

That will be great!
Thanks.

Sparky says it's the motor - some wires shorted out at some stage <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

can the motor be removed from the mechanism?

is the motor itself the same as a gen2?
