Getting the Wheeling Fever
Im finishing my Machining Associates Degree, and currently work in a machine shop for a Freightliner parts distributor. Im new to the Mitsu game, even though i have 4 now. What kind of brackets or adapters would the community use/buy? For transmission and/or transfer case. Different combos and what material would it need to be? Let me know.

2 months ago I would have loved to talk to you! I could have seen myself getting a custom bellhousing for the 2.6 made that would adapt to a Tremec tranny and then a nice Atlas or Marlin crawler T-Case after that!

But now my conversion is done <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

Materials wise, everything is aluminum, I have spare bellhousings for the 2.6, 3.0, 3.5 etc if you want templates but again, I'm on the west coast.

Body Damage is Cool
3.5 dohc lower intake butterfly valve shaft bushings - would probably want to be made of brass but I'm far from an expert on that sort of thing.

see this thread for info & pics
