Russ, Good find! The rep finally got back to me. Here is what he said about these bars:

'82-'89 Montero/Raider (D26mm x L50.38") = P/N SWA1726
'90 - '94 Montero (D27.5mm x L53.80") = P/N SWA1737
'95 - Today Montero (D27.5mm x 51.40") = P/N SWA1739

They are out of the 1726, and the 1737 is the only set with the deal since they are discontinued.


They're a bit off with these p/n's & years.
All gen I's tb's had the same torsion bar part numbers ('til 91).
All gen II's 3.0L's tb's had the same part numbers until 95.
All gen II's tb's after 95 had the same part numbers regardless of the engine size.

Using our VIN number repository & the Mitsu ASA program, here are the mitsu part numbers for the oem torsion bars...
