Fuse #3 carries the circuit. Check the fuse. Check the O/D switch on the shifter (OFF/continuity, ON/no continuity). Check the harness connector from the switch.

OD/OFF relay is behind the glove box.

Frank, I'm cycling the OD OFF light in the instrument cluster by hitting the button on the shifter. Am I wrong in assuming that means the OD switch is working?
