The Mitsu bastards hid the relay very well. It's above the right hand kick plate above the ECU. If you get a mirror & look really hard .. you can see the screw that mounts it. I went down the same path as you; I ended up replacing the OD solenoid(only $395 from Toyota) . I think some of the guys on the wire may have a used 1. Good luck!


Well, no wonder I didn't see it, thanks but could you tell me what it looks like? There's actually several 'relayish' looking things hiding back there behind the glove box LOL. One of em is lettered and black, several inches square. Seems pretty big for relay, looks more like some kind of circuit board carrying ecu type thing. LOL. Appreciate the help guys, trying to get my niece on the road with this thing, everything else working great then while doing road test noticed I wasn't getting 4th.
