Stay with me on this...On Ultimate Car Buildoff the other night, they wired up paintball guns to be remotely fired. They started firing by themselves due to, yup, RF interference. They solved the issue by isolating the metal guns from the frame using a plastic mounting plate (separating the guns from the metal frame).

My point it that maybe the CB is mounted metal to metal and maybe should have an isolator plate (plastic)? I dunno...could be worth a shot. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
