well, i have the cb mounted to plastic, and power and ground are supplied via the cigarette lighter lol. so i dont think that is the issue. on the other hand, i have the electric fan grounded to the radiator support, thus grounded through the body. the cb antenna is bolted to the stake hole in the bed on the passenger side. do you think that this could be the cause of the issue?
