I haven't seen it that high ever. So far, since the switch, I would say the overall quality has been improving. On the fast movers, they've run out of the old Rayloc stuff and are into the true BBB product. Not so on the odd and slower movers. Part of the deal was for BBB to purchase all of the old stock from Rayloc. I've been tracking some of the codes on the packaging and inspecting the units as they come in. At my store, we bench test every unit that comes in. We started doing that after a string of so-called defects. There have been zero DOA's in the last 18 months, and I sell around 250 units a month. Most of the time, the alternator gets blamed and called defective erroneously. I still defect them out to make the customer happy, though...
