I have seen the Gen2 LWB rear diff swap done into the Gen1 SWB where using the Gen2 springs give a 1.5" lift but only ever seen it done V6 to V6.

I was wonder if the same springs would fit into the Gen1 2.5L turbo diesel with the same 1.5" lift outcome? Also what kind of effects would there be in spring rates etc as the V6 I imagine is heavier.
