Ok, damage report.

Around 1/2 of the flywheel teeth are showing bright metal and small scars, but there are no huge chips off them and no teeth are missing. 2 teeth have a <1mm piece missing on the outside (flat front face) of the tooth, and 1/2 of the scarred teeth have a ridge that can be felt next to the bright metal.

The worst damage is shown below. These are not chipped, it looks like they've been hit with a hammer.

What do you think all..... is this flywheel serviceable or will it damage a new starter?
