Pitman and idler arms would be the next place I'd look.

Idler arm is straight and dosn't show signs of play in teh bushing (I've replaced them w/ the SDORI brass ones - which is a fantastic upgrade BTW).
I'll check the pitman arm but I'm not sure how that would push the bottom outward...?
