Took the boys out today for a spin in the Monty. Got a tip from a co-worker about some public land near my house. What I found was a whole mess of REALLY tight technical stuff. Quad and motocross trails mostly, but many of the trails have definitely been run by rigs larger (or at least longer) than mine. You can tell my the damage to the tree trunks. Being alone and not knowing where I was going, I took it kind of easy. The youngest was also getting a tad nervous at times <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> Only had one miss, but no damage to the truck. Watching for a tree on my side, I caught the tire on the passenger side on another. Stopped quick! A few bumps and bruises, but nothing too bad. Funny to try to regain some sense of where you are after something like that when the windshield wipers are now running! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
Gonna try to head back up there next weekend for more wheeling and some camping. I'll try to get pics next time!
