my hazzard switch would only blink one side when it wasn't working right. It also caused the brake lights not to work. what i did was back up against a wall so I can see the reflection of the brake lights. then toggled the hazzard many times to see if I could find the sweet spot where everything worked. once i found it, i knew it was the switch. I took it apart, cleaned it up, and everything has worked since. Good luck.
