MKIII, yes. What has been dubbed as the "supralux" swap. Haven't foudn alot of info on it. Seems pretty straightforward - aside from changing the diff, you have the CVs to worry about. But teh advantage is, much better CV angle... less breakage. Plus you can get an LSD basically for free.
But I want to be sure I owuldn't be stuck w/ the stockl 4.10 gearing of those IRS diffs.

According to Precision Gear, the same model R/Pset is for pickups, 4runner,s nad Turbo/v6 Supras 79-95... so that's good news.
