There doesnt seem to be a lot on 'bay right now, but a couple of guys offering knobs, boots and whole trannys. I'd recommend msg'ing those guys and asking them what they did with the shift lever. They may or may not have it still.

car-part didnt show much either, but keep checking your local yards.
