I did a 7M-GE swap.
The gain isn't worth the trouble and hassle. Noissy engine, uses a lot of gas and lacks torque in the upper revs if you want to drive at higher speeds.
I now have a 2JZ which is a lot better.
But if you can get parts for cheap or fabricate most things yourself, it's always better than a22R or 3VZE .
