Flexible drive for the pcv valve. Use a piece of fairly stiff hose that will slip over the valve nipple, gripping it tightly enough to apply torque. Doodle the valve into the hole and finesse the thread start and spin down.

I've used this method for starting difficult spark plugs for years.
