thanks Dennis for clearing that up for me. I went to my local auto store, asked the guy about a spring spacer.. he showed me 2 types one is what u described..if its illegal why do they sell them in my state..he had no answer for me. and yes the biggest problem up here is rust!! so i have some issues with frame rust, nothing major tho. this little sporty is a beast!
