If people can hold their feathers together, I'll see if I can get a fully slimmed down XP+ASA VM for VirtualBox whipped up. I can get an XP install down to ~ 400Mb, and ASA is mostly uncompressed TIFF images so ntfs compression should cut that down a bit.
You'd be on your own ethics wise...
