hey Guys, I ran into a bit of trouble with the Pajero last week. the crank pulley broke and left my wife stranded on the highway... anyway, the damage wasn't to bad and I'm looking at ordering a bunch of the harder to find parts (lower timing and balance sprockets, woodruff key, etc) from Milner's Offroad in the UK. has anybody brought parts in that way? Is the any other good closer alternatives? thanks for any insight.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. Why to order from UK when you can get them locally? http://www.pacificjdmparts.ca/Pajero.htm for example...

Nothing wrong with Milner's, but as Pajerist said, there are lots of local options. His link above is my fave. There's also Rocky Mountain Imports, Amazing Imports, just to name a few...

thanks for the info guys. I ended up talking to Paul at Pacific JDM. he didn't have the sprockets I needed but put me on to Coombs Country Auto. They had everything I needed and are less than an hour from home. Working on replacing the water pump today, yeah!

I've used both Milners and Rocky...both had +/- like everyone else. Milners warranty policy sucks ( buy another, pay to ship it here, pay to ship old back, wait till they send it out for warranty and hope they get a credit so they can credit you parts only of course). They were cheap mind you...so I can't say much there. The Timing belt they sent for my Isuzu Bighorn was wrong ( they insited I use a round tooth belt on where a square should be! so I got a square from Rocky). Not happy with the clutch..was brand name but didn't last 2 weeks before it started to slip. I'm so frustrated with my little bighorn I want my Paj back!...
