Download ASA - you'll have access to all the exploded diagrams you need plus a handy part number look-up utility.

If you're fortuante to have unrestricted badnwidth, feel free to download the FSM's. Better diagrams, but no part number references except for specialty tools.

Now I'm looking for a exploded parts view for a 94 Montero, I got new UCA's and I need bushings for them. Does anybody have part numbers, or measurements? I was looking into Energy suspension bushings but I will need to get the measurements for the universal bushing that they make.

Did you check the ASA program?

I didn't look too hard, but I was unable to locate upper control arm bushings for my '95. I bought complete arms with ball joints and bushings installed on the shafts already. They were from some company on EBay located in Florida. The end nuts on the shaft like to come loose, even though I loc-tited them and tightened the heck out of them. I'd do it all again with genuine Mitsu parts, even though the cost is X2.

X2 on Johnny's post. I recently replaced my entire upper control arms after a long & fruitless search for replacement bushings. The Mitsu arms were pricey, but they should last the same 200k miles as my originals did.

I searched that and when I clicked on the link and it says "not found" on all four links.

The UCA that I have are OEM from a yard, I cleaned them up and powder coated them now I'm putting them back together. I guess it's not that big of a deal I could just get OEM bushings too? IDK. I just thought I would look for urethane instead of rubber. Do you guys think it worth it?

Are you looking for Gen I or Gen II UCA bushings? You can't get separate bushings for the Gen II arms (at least, I wasn't able to find any - either rubber or urethane), you have to buy the entire UCA. I think they are available for Gen I's though.
