Lookin' for a pickup or 4runner. My question is: When there is not a hitch or wiring (4-wire flat) already installed, do these frames come from the factory pre-drilled (holes) where a hitch would bolt up, or does a person have to make your own holes? I suppose they're pre-drilled, but I dunno.

Also, what is involved in wiring up a 4-wire flat harness?
