What is interesting is that an article that tries to uncover fraud, itself has a misleading headline.

1: It does not say if they have a higher ratio of bad articles or just more because more are published in the US.
2: The article does not indicate the percentage of articles in question out of the total.
3: The article does not cite any references.
4: No author is given.

An article that claims to uncover a high percentage of bad research itself does not meet the most basic criteria of good research.
