I?ve been looking at stuff for camping and trucks in general and i happened across some cool sh!t. I have to say i?m not pimping anybodies products but the military surplus bags are of godlike quality and i can?t imagine camping without mine. The other things i just thought was neat and felt the need to share.

Seat heaters!

Awesome!

Once you have them you can't live without, it sucks having cold balls and ass.

I can think of at least 5 thousand things I'd buy before seat heaters in Arizona.

But 4771 of those things are tacos.

Can't go wrong with tacos, especially volcano tacos! that'll warm your butt(hole) better than seat heaters.

Toasty,

They sell a similar LED wand light at many car parts places but it's at most $30. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

But this one says ARB so you know you'll be 20% more capable.

These things are a lot cooler than they look. You can just treat them like crap all day long, pry, hatchet, and basically take anything that's big and make it into smaller pieces. logs, cars, people, food, anything. if it's big and you want pieces of it, that thing will probably do the trick. Forever.

If you have a 3-D size LED Mag Lite - which you should - these guys are double pimpin. Keep your hand from freezing on cold evenings, let you hang the light various different ways... look I'll put it this way - I thought it was totally lame when I bought one on clearance for pennies a long time ago, then I started using it and it's badass. So there.

Inflatable canoes are all sorts of rad.. they collapse down small enough to fit inside a 2dr montero but they hold 2 grownups and you can beat them up for a bunch of years without going all soft and explodey. Yay!

With spokesperson testimonial like that, gosh, I'm sold. I'll be on the lookout for a flashlight prophylactic immediately...

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...

For a flashlight (this could be an entire forum if we let it) I used to use Mag Lights. I still have a couple of 3 cell Mags I use around the house.

For my 4x4 needs though I found the larger Mag Lights to be pretty cumbersome especially when you sometimes have to work in a tight confines located in various parts of the rig.

That said I've pretty much switched over to several small LED lights. In fact I recently bought a 3 pack of Surefire 100 lumen lights at Costco for about the same price as one 3 cell Mag Light.

Now IMHO, a 3 cell mag light does 'outshine' the small LED lights I have in one possibly very important area... when you need to operate one as a club.
