All the time, which led me to think it would be rings. Usually valve seals are only on startup/deceleration when theres a negative vaccume in my experience. Its bad enough that i have the valve cover vaccume hose disconnected from the intake because that makes the motor sputter. its just pointed straight down (right at my alternator...which is a pretty bad idea,gotta reroute that). Ive got little to no knowledge about carbbed engines, never mind 22 year old motors, so any assistance would be appreciated. what is the jet valve o ring and where is it located? difficult to change? Is it something that can be changed with a generic o-ring when matched up?

::EDIT::
i found this image of what the head looks like (at least i hope), i see where it says where the jet is, but doesnt list a o-ring for it. where is the 0-ring located?

::EDIT 2::
found a image of the jets themselves

im assuming that after i take off the valve cover, i can just unbolt the rocker arms then unbolt the jets, change out the 0-rings, throw it all back in, make sure the valve lash is good, and it should be good to go?
