they are not just a bolt, its a machined plug basically with a o ring seal. You wont be able to seal them without the plug. Dont be a cheap ass and get them or just replace the jet valve o rings. If you dont want to use the jet valves just cut the jet valve portion of the rockers off. Eliminated the cheap way.
