If you're concerned about having enough power, look at the later Gen II models with the 3.5 liter V6 - they are also more luxurious and quieter inside which would save you the time and trouble of the spray insulation.

I'm assuming that you meant an 11 second 1/8th mile rather than 1/4 mile - anything that turns an 11 second quarter mile is pretty darn fast and is far more likely to be at home on the drag strip rather than on the street.
